Amazing hotel to explore Brooklyn

Pros: Very confortable and cool hotel in front of the tube station

Pros: The location, the cool Vibe in the reception the excellent staff. The Bar, Bagel place in the lobby area. Our room was amazing. Wow what a view. ! We particularly would like to give a shout out to Mo and He et at the lobby bar they went above and beyond to make us welcome. Will stay again for sure!

Cons: Everything was amazing.

Cool “Hoxton”-style boutique hotel in downtown Brooklyn

Pros: Exceptional property - such a cool vibe and style with plenty of food options.

Ideal location for NY trip, away from city noise

Pros: We loved the decor, the feel of the hotel, the facilities and the staff were so kind and helpful. Room amenities were brilliant, such high quality toiletries and towels. Beds very comfy and no noise from neighbouring rooms. Well stocked minibar with quirky uncommon items/brands. So close to subway stops on different lines and a 20-30 minute walk to Brooklyn Heights promenade. Stores close by if needed, and the Lele's Roman restaurant on site was divine 😍 we were sad to end our trip!

Cons: Fire alarm was activated by another guest (no fault of the property itself) but was appropriately & professionally handled by staff.

Always excellent

Pros: Great location in downtown Brooklyn and very easy to get into Manhattan on the Subway. The rooms are large, clean and well-appointed. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant are excellent. One of the most peaceful night's rest I can have in New York!

Cons: The gym could be larger and better equipped.

Fabulous location, stylish rooms and great place but tight on the finishing touches.

Pros: Loved the location, the vibe, the hotel room and the bar.

Cons: The lack of additional touches - everything was a paid for extra which was a massive miss for me. If you pay for that things like bottled water should be a given.

Pros: Very stylish and cosy. The furniture and fittings were lovely.

Worth every penny…

Pros: I think the first time we’ve stayed here in NYC and it was great. The common areas where you could lounge and work became a bar at night. Feta lighting, tunes and atmosphere. We had a cocktail here every night before dinner. Rooms are a decent size and its proximity, perfect! We will definitely stay again 👌👍

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like.

Pros: ace hotels are as expected. Cool, creative and comfortable. Great front desk staff. This hotel situated in Brooklyn is a great escape from manhattan but convenient to explore Brooklyn/williamsburg.
