Would definitely stay again

Pros: Really loved the location. It was quiet yet well connected. The rooms were spacious and comfy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The vibe was awesome. It was amazing to stay here with my 2 year old. Perfect for him too.

Cons: The extractor fan in the bathroom is really loud. Other than that it was an impeccable stay

We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to New York.

Pros: We were told that housekeeping service would be provided every other day, but in reality it was done daily, without us requesting it or being charged extra. The room was very beautiful, compact but highly functional and well organized. Both the bathroom and the bed were extremely comfortable. The only minor downside was the view, as we were surrounded by other skyscrapers, but hey.. that’s New York.

Cons: We came from Italy and check-in was not easy because the payment terminal did not allow contactless payments. When we tried inserting or swiping the card, the reader failed to recognize any of the three different Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards we used, even though all of them are enabled for international transactions. This was confusing, especially since the same cards worked perfectly with contactless payments for the AirTrain from JFK and the subway. Fortunately, there was an ATM in the hotel lobby, so we were able to withdraw cash to pay the security deposit for our stay, which was then fully refunded at the end of our visit. Additionally, the air conditioning fan was quite noisy, even when set to low, auto, or sleep mode.

Pros: The location is great, close to shops, restaurants and different subway lines. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were friendly.

Cons: The walls were quite thin and we saw a couple of cockroaches in the room. The room only had a blackout curtain and no sheer curtain, so I always had to keep the blackout fully down to prevent people from seeing inside.

Pros: Staff went above and beyond including an engineering helping fix our pram.

Cons: Room was a bit smaller than expected.

Fantastic Brooklyn hotel

Pros: Hotel was in a great location close by to 2 subway stations. Plenty of food options close by along with a laundromat a 7 min walk away. Bed was big and comfortable. Shower big with great water pressure. Staff were friendly and helpful

Pros: Room was spacious, clean and bright. Staff very friendly & check in was prompt. Location was fantastic

Perfect short trip in downtown brookyln

Pros: such cosy beds, amazing view from the 22th floor. different metro stations nearby

Relaxed and retreated to Aloft whenever I needed while touring Brooklyn and NYC

Pros: Room layout, great location and good proximity to services

Cons: Wasn’t clear whether food at ground floor was extra cost or complementary. Car service was not guaranteed and hotel had no call-a-cab (for customers) option.

Fabulous, 100% will be back and 100% will recommend to friends and family
