Pros: The location very close to Flushing Avenue Station. Staff friendly.

Cons: The blankets. It was freezing and all it had was a thin blanket. Should be something thicker like duvet.

Pros: The room is appropriately sized and has all the basics. For the rest, the hotel reception is happy to accommodate your needs. Views are nice and a subway station is very close. Also a citibike parking station, so you can take a bike rasily to get to many places within Brooklyn. Hotel staff were kind and I had no problem with the reimbursement of the deposit. It got trasnferred back to my account within 5 business days. Really enjoyed the stay and a great value for money.

Cons: Cleaning schedule was a bit unpredictable. We never really knew when or if they were going to come in.

Pros: The bathroom and room could have been cleaner. The tiles in Room 112 could be cleaned better with a mould spray to make in clean. The TV was a bit temperamental in switching channels. Apart from that all was good.

Pros: The room was just the right size and the bed was very comfortable. Both the room and the bathroom were clean, and towels were changed daily. Considering the quality for the price, we can definitely recommend this place. The staff was exceptionally friendly. On our first morning, there was no hairdryer in the room, but we just called reception and it was brought to us immediately. We were also able to leave our luggage at reception on our last day at no extra cost. The staff, especially the Spanish-speaking team, were very helpful and welcoming.

Cons: There could have been at least one additional mirror, for example in the hallway or bedroom. The room is somewhat noisy – but that’s to be expected in New York. If you bring earplugs, it’s not an issue.

Nice hotel, excellent value for money, close to metro station and short ride to Manhattan.

Pros: Cleanness and flexibility: very late check-in (we arrived at 2am), and we were allowed to leave the luggage after check-out.

Pros: The staff were very nice, and the hotel was clean with daily cleaning of the room.

Cons: No mirror outside the bathroom, and it could be a bit noisy outside.
