Pros: Public transportation was close by and accessible. The staff was very friendly. The accommodation was spacious and clean. The distance from Manhattan was great!
Cons: Unfortunately there is no option to cast to the TV to watch a movie for example.

Pros: The location is perfect, nearby you have the Kosciusko metro station which gives you access to Manhattan in few minutes. The personal as well too were pleasant and ready to answer the doubts were coming through.
Cons: The noise of the trains, which were passing by too close to the hotel , during the resting hours (at night), made resting and sleeping a bit difficult.

Pros: This property is conveniently located, less than a one minute walk to the Kosciuszko (J Train), which affords easy access to both Manhattan and Jamaica/Archer areas. The vicinity is filled with a variety of dining options, making it particularly accessible just walk and u will discover. The establishment is family oriented, and the staff members are friendly and well informed regarding the local area and transport options. I would like to commend Peter for his exceptional assistance in managing my reservation, as his efforts warrant recognition. Additionally, I appreciate that my Amazon packages were securely held at the front desk without any charge, a contrast to the policies of many other hotels. The hotel offers strong Wi-Fi connectivity and provides daily housekeeping services, which I find to be commendable. I am looking forward to returning to this property in the future, as it consistently maintains a high standard of cleanliness.
Cons: The bed received a rating of 7/10, while the pillow was rated 2/10. The pillow could benefit from an upgrade please, however, it is understood that nothing surpasses the familiarity of one's own pillows at home. Nonetheless, please consider enhancing the pillow. Additionally, the coffee station could be improved by serving a stronger brew. My wife and I appreciate your attention to these matters.

Pros: The manager / front desk agent Rahul really made the stay better than expected. He was warm, hospitable, attuned to our needs and took care of us. From the beginning to the end. Thank you again for everything.

Pros: Stuff was very polite and helpful (especially Ruhul). We had everything we needed (iron, clean towels etc), the location was great if you are willing to use the subway or the bus and there are many places around to eat or buy anything you might need. Definitely recommend Hotel 1200!!!
Cons: My room was at the 2nd floor, facing the subway. So during the night I was waking up all the time due to the loud subway and cars.
