Pros: Great location, friendly staff and descent sized room.

Cons: Location was excelent, however the 'complimentary breakfast' was unacceptable. When booking we saw that breakfast was included therefore we picked this hotel. However an apple, lukewarm yogurts, processed mini muffins and bland drip coffee was the breakfast. We were disappointed, we expected descent breakfast

Pros: Loved the hotel, lovely decor, in a great location and facilities were great. Comes with a 24 hour gym, a bar, free continental breakfast & food credits per day. Exceptional customer service. Will book again!

Cons: Asked for an international charger but couldn’t provide one. That is all.

Cons: I had to change two rooms because the bridge and the train next door are very loud. I’m a very light sleeper

Cons: Check in took too long and we had to wait past the 3 pm check in time. After a long day of travel we just wanted to get in the room and relax.

Pros: The hotel was super clean and accessible. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the foyer area was very comfortable. The location was really good, close to several good restaurants and about 10 mins walk from the subway/train stop. Would definitely stay here again in Brooklyn.

Cons: The rooms are super, super small. This is acknowledged by the hotel, but it can be very tight with luggage etc.

Quality hotel, in superb neighbourhood with top class staff

Pros: Experience was perfect from the moment I was checking in, staff were super attentive and accommodating even despite me checking in slightly earlier. I have also received a room on the 9th floor overlooking Williamsburg Bridge. Top class views and superb overall experience

Great location, good vibes and decor. Rooms a bit too small.

Pros: New, modern, clean and very well located. Manhattan reachable by train in around 20 mins and very safe area full of little independent shops and amenities. The lobby is a great space to work, socialise and even have your meals if you wish - plenty of seating space and tables. Great customer service as well - one of tap broke during our stay and it got replaced extremely quickly.

Cons: Rooms are extremely small with no space to open your suitcases and no desk space to put your toiletries or anything else. Also no wardrobe space at all, only a couple of hangers in an open cupboard. As a family of 4 we had to cross over the beds to go from one side of the room to the other. It can also get quite noisy at nighttime during weekends so maybe more suitable for couples rather than families with young kids but overall we didn’t mind.
