Amazing place

Pros: Stayed for the marathon.Loved everything about our stay, hotel is in a fantastic location definitely be back if we're in the area. Also was easy to make it to the start for anyone looking for a marathon hotel.

Cons: Leaving..

Pros: The staff were amazing and so helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location and the views are unreal. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great view, confortable room in super cool neighborhood.

Pros: I was really impressed with this hotel. It ended up being our favorite one in New York. We took a Gotham view so the views were amazing. The room is rather big so we felt confortable. The location is super cool as I live Williamsburg. I ended up enjoying staying there more than in central Manatthan, I felt like I got more for less money here.

An amazing position and a lovely hotel.

Pros: I’ve stayed here a few times. The position is amazing. The staff are lovely. It is VERY clean. Every room has a balcony. That’s great even in November!

Cons: This time for the first time the room was a bit tired. Drawers in the cupboard were broken, chips out of the bathroom cabinets. Also the staff were struggling a bit. If we asked for tea cups or a shower cap they struggled getting them to us and once we waited 2 hours and gave up. I have to say that’s never happened before and I’d still go back!

Williamsburg has a new go to hotel!

Pros: the hotel was top notch, the rooms were nice and a good size. amazing shower and the bathroom was also a decent size. the rooftop bar was amazing. the lobby was big, there was artwork around and the hotel was super clean everywhere.

Cons: the staff were a little cold and wouldn't reach out to say Hi when you walked past the reception desk or in the lift areas. the only other thing that would be great is compemntary coffee in the lobby area.

We loved our stay at the William Vale and would definitely stay again!

Pros: The beds/bedding were amazingly comfortable and big. The view from our room/balcony was amazing. The design of the hotel is superb. The reception staff were friendly. The minibar was full of great stuff (although expensive). The gym was really well equipped and they let our 13 year old son use it (he was overjoyed).

Cons: Having to leave the bathroom to turn the light on/off was a pain. Not enough hooks for hanging anything outside of the wardrobe (we got wet and couldn't easily dry our clothes). The bedside lights didn't work. It would have been great to have breakfast included within the price.

Incredible views and location, but comparatively expensive!

Pros: The quality of food at the restaurants was very good. The view and location are absolutely incredible!! Good overall service, e.g. with bags and all very very friendly. Would love to come back if the price was just a little bit lower.

Cons: We randomly ended up with an accessible room, which was moderately clean. There was no bathtub as promised and every time you'd use the temperamental shower, it would flood the whole bathroom. No wonder the mould. Housekeeping left the door to the room and the fridge door open all day, so we came back to a room full of mosquitoes. They did not clean or refill the mini-bar. For 550 USD per night we would have expected a bit more. The hotel is difficult to contact.

Pros: Everything was great especially the very accommodating staff such as Delroy , beautiful views too ! but it been 15 hours and they supposed to still give back the $250 credit to the holding on my credit card n they haven’t sent it back yet so this might go down a notch

Great stay in Williamsburg

Pros: Great location with lovely rooms and great service.

Cons: We were mid September when it was still warm but the pool was shut which was a big shame. The roof terrace was also shut.

Pros: Beds are heavenly!!! I am a constant traveller , William Vale has the best beds in my experience !!!! Views are spectacular!!! Was really touched by specially installed light on the wall in the room for selfies and photos with a background night view of Manhattan ! Thank you for thinking about it!!!!! Selection of goodies for the room , super!

Cons: I really liked the whole experience , will be back!
