Pros: Right near the expressway, close to Yale old campus and other locations. New property, very spacious and clean. Safe with good connectivity. Amazing housekeeping service and supportive staff. Super value for money

Bad breakfast, suites not thoroughly cleaned, overall decent suite experience and great desk service

Pros: I liked the suite overall, having a full kitchen with plates and utensils in the cabinets and drawers, a dishwasher and induction stove were very convenient. I liked the design of the suite, with the super high ceiling especially a ceiling fan to circulate air. I liked the location less than 10 minutes from downtown New Haven. I liked that there was parking and multiple entrances and exits of the building to reach where you parked more easily. I liked that there is a laundry room for guests, spa, pool and basketball courts. I like the food and snack bar at the front, and the large common eating area.

Cons: I didn't like the large gap at the bottom of the suite door, which allowed all noises and sounds from the hallway to sound like it's right in the room with you. I didn't like that the suite wasn't thoroughly cleaned and I has to use my own Clorox wipes to clean all the tables and counters including the bathroom sink area which contained lots of tiny hairs and dust. There were long straight hairs in one of my hand towels. There were stains on the cushioned furniture. There were small stains on the toilet seat that I had to wipe with clorox. The sheets were itchy. I feel that the room could've been cleaned better. I didn't like the breakfast at all. I didn't like that there wasn't much selection of meats such as pork bacon and pork sausage, and I didn't like the eggs nor the turkey meat. Carnitas was an option but I dont eat that for breakfast and it's not considered traditional American breakfast more than pork bacon or pork sausage. I think it would be an improvement to include more meats like pork bacon and pork sausage, and other traditional hot breakfast choices like a waffle station, pancakes and French toast even if it's French toast sticks, home fries, grits and hot biscuits. I didn't like that there were no individual butter packets for guests to grab, so I didn't like that bread and bagels and English muffins were offered but the only butter available was in a jar which is less safe and less sanitary than packets. The jar lid fell into the butter which contaminated it with all the germs of everyone's hands who touched the lid. I threw my food in the trash. It's not a good breakfast and I wouldn't have it again. I think the hotel should improve in that area.

A great location for an overnight stop en-route back to JFK airport. Super room and a pool to boot.

Pros: Great room, with kitchen facilities. Easy to find from the interstate and convenient for a morning drive back to JFK airport. Ample parking. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Nice to have a pool.

Cons: Nothing to dislike, although the food selection at reception could have been better - but it was good enough for us to stay and eat in our room rather than drive further to find a restaurant

Stayed four days, explored Yale and the sourrounding area.

Pros: The hotel is brand new, room sizes are very spacious and the amenities are excellent. The team was very nice.

Pros: Nice location not far from Yale University, good breakfast, parking available.

Cons: Eggs and sausage were not hot Need Some way to keep hot breakfast food hot
