Excellent place for an extended stay

Pros: The daily breakfast was good with an excellent mix of continental favorites. The room was neat and clean with the proper attention to detail.

Cons: Everything was good

Pros: Thank you to Courtney who was such a star. My husband landed up with n hospital and she helped me with getting Uber, speak to car rental agency etc

Convenient and Comfortable

Pros: Easy to find and close enough to New Haven to make it good seeing the sights and Yale. The first room we were offered was dark and had a narrow high up window which you could not see out of. We were offered an alternative immediately and without fuss. The room was old fashioned but was clean and comfortable with a small balcony.

Cons: The hotel is rundown.

Pros: Loved it the staff were very nice and the place was very clean. Def will stay again

Pros: Location allows you to walk to restaurants or take a cheap Uber ride to a site seeing Location. I like that breakfast is included and coffee and tea is available all day.

Cons: The rooms are dated and need upgrading. The comforter on our bed had a cigarette burn in the middle. The TV kept disconnecting and we had to keep unplugging it and restarting it. I have stayed at this location before and the same thing happened in a different room, so I'm guessing all the TVs are the same. There seems to always be people sitting in the lobby whether they are a guest or not. It doesn't feel secure or safe. A random dude followed me to my room because he was able to see what room I entered from watching through the giant windows from the outside the show the hallway of rooms. Though breakfast is included, the hot selections are not good. The eggs look disgusting, and the hash browns are horrible. The sausage and bacon are something tolerable. The best thing they have are Belgium waffles that you can make yourself and things, like toast, bagels, and cereal. Our last day at the hotel, the refrigerator was not cold, so the yogurts, butter, cream cheese, and milk sat in a warm mini fridge.

Recommend nice place.

Pros: The rooms were nice and big. I liked the fact that I could turn on the heater on The Wall instead of walking Over to the little unit.

Pros: I like the peace and quiet of the area. It is easy to get to shopping stores. I like the location of where hotel is. I noticed the hotel is on the bus transportation line GREAT! I love the breakfast and I will be back.

Had a great time and all expectations met. Breakfastt was better than expected
